Sven Litke
Managing Partner
Sven is one of the Managing Partners at Kea Company and part of the global Kea Management Team. His day to day activities include, but are not limited to managing the business operations and overseeing the Kea Company service delivery. Prior to taking full-time control at Kea Company Sven managed a value added reseller chain, was responsible for Gartner's vendor clients at the European headquarters and was a senior manager at azeti Networks AG. Having worked with many start-ups and vendors, both in his time at Gartner and as an executive, he has accumulated a broad knowledge of the IT-industry. This not only covers the various areas of the IT-market (software, hardware, services and consulting), but also provides a "multi-angle view" of the IT-business from a channel, vendor, analyst and consulting perspective. Sven has more than 20 years experience in sales, marketing and general management. Sven received a Master of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from the Westfälische Wilhelms-University Münster.
Duncan Chapple
Managing Partner
Duncan is a Managing Partner at Kea and part of the international Kea Management Team. Duncan oversees the Kea research practice and SageCircle report series. Prior to his career in influencer relations, Duncan was a consultant and analyst with Ovum, Europe's largest technology analyst house. In 2000 he founded and directed the analyst relations business of what is now Ketchum Pleon until joining the board of Lighthouse AR in 2002, leading the firm's analyst and investor relations service. He played a central role in founding the Institute for Industry Analyst Relations in 2007, and was a member of its founding board. He has consulted to executives and relationship managers within over 80 companies including Avaya, BT, Cisco, Ericsson, France Telecom, Fujitsu, Hewlett-Packard, Hitachi, IBM, Siemens, Tata and T-Systems. Duncan's analytical approach, long 'hands-on' technology experience, international experience and relentless curiosity make him a trusted advisor on how corporations can develop brand equity and profitability.

Peter O'Neill
Research Director
As Forrester’s Vice President and Research Director for Analyst Relations Professionals until late 2017, Peter O’Neill managed the firm’s research targeted at AR professionals in the tech industry. He edited the multi-report Forrester playbook “The Industry Analyst Relations Playbook” and contributed to many other reports which discuss all aspects of doing AR. He also worked in numerous client workshops on AR topics such as Spokesperson Training and Measuring AR Success.

Peter joined Forrester in 2005 after 4 years at META Group, where he had lead the Vendor Consulting Practice for EMEA.

Before becoming an analyst, Peter worked at Hewlett Packard in Germany and in the USA for two decades in a range of program management roles.

Dr. Efrem Mallach, one of the founders of Industry Analyst Relations, is one of the top experts in the world on Influencer Relations. Efrem has been involved in Analyst Relations since the late 1970s, when he represented Honeywell Information Systems' minicomputer division to the then-nascent industry analyst community. As a consultant and an industry analyst in the mid-1980s, he saw that vendors with whom he worked, often did not know how to work with people like himself - to their detriment, since consultants and analysts influenced a large fraction of their sales.
Annelieke Nagel
Analyst Relations Consultant
Annelieke Nagel has been working with Kea Company since 2015. Her area of expertise is Analyst Relations for 'scaleups' that feel the need for professional AR but do not have the expertise to do this in-house. Annelieke has over 15 years experience in the IT industry in marketing, communications and PR for companies such as IDC and Gartner and an additional 15 years of successfully developing global AR plans and executing them for companies such as Teradata and SDL. She is highly experienced, works within full budget responsibility and gathers good results. Andrew Reed
Analyst Relations Consultant
Andrew Reed his area of expertise is Analyst Relations and in particular relationship management for key industry analysts who influence enterprise software purchases.
Andrew Reed has been with Kea Company since 2014. His area of expertise is Analyst Relations, and in particular relationship management for key industry analysts who influence enterprise software purchases. Prior to his current role with Kea Company, Andrew has spent over 18 years in corporate communications and marketing, including 6 years at FileNet, where he led the Analyst Relations programme. After IBM's acquisition of FileNet, Andrew was instrumental in managing their Analyst Relations programme for enterprise content management, successfully maintaining leadership positions in key signature research reports.

Paul Battaglia
Analyst Relations Consultant
Paul Battaglia provides industry analyst relations planning, strategy and execution for Kea Company clients in the United States. Paul has more than twenty years of experience working with technology companies to increase awareness among the industry analyst community and enhance competitiveness in an increasingly convergent world. Previously, he headed analyst relations for Hewlett Packard’s Communications, Media & Entertainment business unit. He has also served in senior executive capacities for the Burson-Marsteller and Edelman agencies. Most recently, he has worked with successful US and European technology start-ups such as Kenshoo (digital marketing software) and Apervita (healthcare analytics).

Stacey Alexander
Kea Business Partner
Stacey Alexander has been a Business Partner of Kea Company since 2016. Her specialties include, but are not limited to, Influencer Relations and Relationship Marketing. Prior to her consulting career, much of her experience came from working with The CIO Executive Council, Gartner and SageCircle where she provided direction to invaluable information on industry analysts and resources that are key to the success of IT enterprise architecture and business strategy efforts.
Richard East
Analyst Relations Consultant
Richard East provides clients with strategic and tactical advise, helping them identify, prioritize and engage relevant industry analysts. Richard has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry across a broad range of job roles. These roles span both technical and business responsibilities including: IT product development and marketing, market intelligence and analyst relations. Having been deeply involved in the software development, delivery and marketing processes at IBM, Richard is able to take a holistic view on how analyst and influencer relations needs to work both with and for the business. Most recently, he has leveraged this experience through his consultancy Active Influence.

Viktoria Reis

Viktoria Reis is the client partner supporting Kea Company's analyst relations measurement services. Viktoria Reis has joined as client partner in 2016 supporting Kea Company's Leaders' service and Catalyst service. Viktoria's role spans account management and coaching sales partners. She speaks English, German and Russian.
Samarth Shekhar
Kea Business Partner
Mr. Shekhar has been a Business Partner of Kea Company since 2012. His specialties include, but are not limited to, advisory and business development services for start-ups and investors in FinTech and enterprise software. Prior to his role as Business Partner at Kea Company, Mr. Shekhar has worked at HCL Tech, Capgemini and PricewaterhouseCoopers, amongst others. He has over thirteen years of experience in technology sales and marketing, new market entry, business development, and consulting, especially in the DACH region and in the banking and financial services sector.

Oliver van Ophoven
Analyst & Client Relations Executive
Oliver van Ophoven has been working for Kea Company as Analyst & Client Relations Executive since 2016, making sure that the clients are serviced to the best of our abilities. His responsibilities include optimising client relations and customer service for Kea Company. Prior to his activities at Kea Company, Oliver was Branch Office Manager and Purchasing Director at a Value Added Reseller Chain in Germany. He is a IHK certified business administrator.

Oscar Uvalle
Research Operations Manager
Oscar Uvalle's trans-Atlantic work experience and deep industry knowledge power's Kea Company's databases. Oscar Uvalle is research operations manager, leading the work behind Kea Company's databases tracking analyst firms and their users, Panalyst. Uvalle has a decade of experience on the supply side of the ICT industry, working as a project manager in the implementation of complex services contracts. He speaks English and Spanish.

Susann Bladwell

Susann Bladwell has been a Business Partner of Kea Company since 2012. Her specialties include, but are not limited to, public relations. Prior to her role as Business Partner at Kea Company, Ms. Bladwell has worked at Siemon and Sphairon Technologies, amongst others. She has over twelve years of experience in corporate communications, public relations and marketing, especially in the DACH region.
Ines Litke
Manager Client Relations and Services
Ines Litke has been working for Kea Company as Manager Client Relations and Services since 2012, making sure that the clients are serviced to the best of our abilities. Her responsibilities include optimising client relations and customer service for Kea Company. Ines supports a number of strategic accounts in the EMEA region by working directly with clients and analysts to facilitate the information flow. As manager for client relations and services she supervises the client service team at Kea Company. Prior to her activities at Kea Company, Ines held several administrative positions, and is a certified foreign language correspodent and speaks four languages.

Emily Almond
Operations Manager
Emily Almond joined Kea in 2017 having been selected as one of the top students in a Business Management course run by Duncan Chapple at the University of Edinburgh. Working part-time, she will assist in the coordination and operation of large projects the company undertakes while continuing her studies. Working at Kea is a fantastic opportunity for Emily and she is excited to further her knowledge of the industry. Education: Biological Sciences with Management BSc Hons, The University of Edinburgh
